Net"flop" is what we call your service..sies!!

Never have I spoken to such a rude call centre agents ever!! Spoke to Simphiwe Mehlape at 9:51 this morning who was down right rude, I have never experienced such bad service. I called to follow up on a query I logged a week ago and Simphiwe blatantly told me I need to listen to her or else, I mean the nerve, as if she cared to listen to me and my concerns. Simphiwe if you are unhappy in your job my sister do something about it. No wonder why you guys have so many bad reviews today alone, this reminds me why I never wanted to deal with you guys again I even left credit in account since my last order in 2019.....sies!!
