Netflofist poor service

I ordered a anniversary gift for my wife from @NetFlorist for our 5 year anniv. The gift was supposed to be a card, flowers in a box that has a secret drawer filled ferrero rocher chocolates. But they messed it up and didn't put the chocolates in the drawer. When I brought this to their attention, they just apologized and said that they will deliver the chocolates tomorrow. I'm like the anniversary is today!! They said they can't make today's delivery.

They ruined my surprise, my wife received a flowers with an empty box of or nothing. I paid R829.80 for such poor service and all I get is an apology. This is unacceptable from Netflofist.
