Netflix shocking service

Thanks Netflorist for ruining my Valentines day.... No delivery during working hours and then receive a call at 5:20pm to say they will deliver to my office now.... Unacceptable, I stay far from work. Please explain if when the delivery happens I receive half dead flowers? Or will you refund my partner? Flowers cost a fortune and you guys certainly dropped the ball. Same thing happened for my birthday. Shocking service....
