NetFlawed Service

I would like to air my dissatisfaction and disappointment with your service with regards to the delivery of Order ********** 13, I was promised that the parcel would arrive on the 15th because you had reached your maximum deliveries for 14 February which Valentines day. The parcel only arrived on the 16th after hours when all the employees had left work. My girl friend only received her gift this morning which is the 19th of February. The intended surprise gift was ruined, it just wasnt special anymore.I am very disappointed!!!
