Netfailures.

This is definitely the most ******* company I have ever dealt with. Everything thing about it is unprofessional. The agents, the drivers, the lack of communication. Even calling them is a prpbpem because the call keeps cutting. I bought something on October 28th, I requested that it be delivered on Nov 11th. After realising I wont be home that day, I requested that they deliver it a day sooner, to which they agreed. At 22:00 on November 10th, my order hadnt arrived, when I called the next morning, I was informed that the driver advised it was too late and he couldnt take the order. I was left dumbfounded as how can they expect anyone to be satisfied with such a response moreso considering I had to call them not the other way round.

What was supposed to be a special day for the person I bought the gift for, ended up being embarassing for me. Sadly the drama didnt end there as I cancelled the whole thing, only to now be battling to get my refund. When I call, I wait exceptionally long to get through and I get cut off everytime. I can handle bad service, but this is beyond ******* service.
