The first (and will be the last) experience I had on the NetFlorist website ranks as probably the worst e-commerce experience I've ever had (I've been doing online shopping for a while). Buying a gift for my wife on the NetFlorist website was the biggest e-commerce mistake I've made. The experience was terrible. Their technical support was terrible. The website is terrible. They kept on sending me emails containing discount voucher codes - but none of those voucher codes ever worked. The people on their support chat bot were unable to assist. They just gave me more voucher codes that also didn't work when I tried to use them.

And my wife still doesn't have her gift... even though NetFlorist claims that it was delivered to her office - at 19:11 at night, when the office is closed!

That's way too late and the occasion was ruined. Thanks NetAmateurs.
