Net nie Netflorist

I ordered a product from Netflorist on the 12th of May. You select when you want it delivered and they provide you with product options that could be delivered. After paying I received confirmation that the payment was received and the order will be delivered on the 15th. I phoned my grandmother who turned 82 and told her that she must expect a birthday present. At 14h00 the parcel status still read "being processed". I then called Netflorist to ask if they are still delivering. They assured me that the parcel is ready and they are just awaiting the courier, but it will definitely be delivered, since they deliver until 19h00. The package was not delivered. They did not call me to notify. They just did not deliver. I emailed to ask about the delivery. They returned my email on the 16th saying it will be delivered on Monday, the 18th. I have heard of a few people this happened to and I will not recommend their service to anyone. If you are not ready yo open, then do not open. And if you cant deliver the goods, at least have the decency to communicate.
