Net Flounderers will be a better name

What a bad experience. Firstly, ruining a surprise, by sending a text to my wife informing her to "expect a surprise". So, now she's expecting something. Then, sending an eMail to inform me that they cannot fulfil the order, well after the cut-off time to order something else and have it delivered on-time. To add insult to injury, they are only prepared to offer a "Netflorist Wallet credit" effectively forcing me to do business with them again. It's a pity I had to give them one star.
