Net Florists = Not Florists

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered gift on 12/2/19 for delivery on 13/2/19. By 14/2/19 end of day. Nothing. Not the first time. Many calls. Don`t answer phone. Many emails. Only automated response. When I did get someone on the line, after many minutes of waiting, maybe an hour altogether. Cannot speak to anyone in authority. Operator and tracking says item out for delivery. No recourse. No refund. No nothing. Never again. Many people spoken to have said the same....Never again! Very expensive service Very cheap results. My courier service does a much better and less expensive job. Order No. ********** 34. Many thousands spent with Not Florists. Lost all our business forever!
