Net florist you suck!

Giving them 1 star is actually too good. I go online and select goods available for same day delivery to just get a call back to say it is not available for delivery same day and then to top it off refund period is 5 to 7 days. I selected the products available for same day delivery for a reason. Due to your incompetence and incorrect information the delivery can’t be made and I have to wait for a refund. I will never use net florist again as obviously the information on the website is incorrect and I have to then wait for a refund and all because of their incompetence!
