NET FLORIST unimpressed

My sister lives in Ireland and sends gifts, small tokens of love and thoughtfulness. this is now the second time she has sent something and the quality inst great. Absolutely unacceptable. first time she sent flowers to a very dear friend that was terminally ill, flowers arrived in a terrible state. this morning i received a cup cake for my brothers birthday. Box broken, lid torn. i hope that the cup cake is wrapped in something. i would like someone from Net florist to call me ***
