Net Florist ruined my Mother's Day

On Thursday 7 May I placed an online order with NetFlorist (Orchids plus other goodies) as a surprise Mother Day gift for my girlfriend for delivery on 08 May just in time for the weekend. Come Friday I receive a call from a Netflorist agent that the address I supp**** was incorrect, thinking I made an error I rechecked the address and confirmed that I did indeed supply correct one, no delivery on Friday. Saturday morning I phoned the contact centre to alert that the address I gave was a business address and since they didn't deliver on Friday I gave them my home address, I was promised home delivery. No home delivery! I phoned back again as the hours passed and was reassured they have my correct home address and will still deliver on Saturday<br> To date no home delivery, and I had to replace the gift on Sunday morning without the whole surprise element.<br> Net Florist ruined my Mother's Day!!!
