Net florist REALLY BAD SERVICE

Very ****ed off I ordered stuff for my wife for her birthday as a surprise because I've been away for work for 3 months and they ***** up saying I must send proof of payment then don't even deliver the stuff I ordered after I send the proof they say to email for more assistance then don't reply
