Net Florist Provides Pathetic Second Hand Roses & Flowers_Really Hirtful

My son ordered flowers for my wife's 66 birthday yesterday. They delivered the bouquet but the Roses were not fresh, they were scorched on the edges. Phoned them yesterday, they told me to send a picture via e mail, which I did - AND that is the last communication from them. did send follow up e mail - NO Response

Really disgusting as my wife was very disappointed, and this cost my Son quite a bit.
