Net Florist Pathetic Service Provided - Totally Unacceptable

<p>I placed an order with Netflorsit with anticipation of cheering up my spouse. Netflorist delivered the order yesterday, to someone else. And tried to deliver again today, but delivered an incomplete order. I was then told the remaining item wilkl be delivered this afternoon, not yet ... I have to follow up with a recipient asking if they received this, that and the other... Its beyond pathetic service I would say. These guys have totally taken what was supposed to be a cheering up moment and turned it in to a nightmare. How does the person delivering not make sure he has all the items before he leaves the warehouse or whereever he collects the items to be delivered. Ntombi at Netflorist tried to compensate me with a **** voucher, but after my experience with this order, i dont think i will use this service again, so she canned the voucher and offered to send through complimentary nougat, and from the way it looks, that will only be delivered tomorrow. I think this is Arsism at its best.</p>
