Net florist - No show

Oh my word....I am SO disappointed.

Placed an order for a birthday gift on Saturday 3 August to ensure timeous delivery on 8 August. Only to phone now (Thursday 8 Augus @ 17:00) and hear that the order wasn't delivered....didn't even leave the warehouse AND they actually cannot trace the order!!!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. When I demanded that I want feedback today, I was told that I will only get feedback on Monday....5 days after my sister's birthday and 9 days after I placed the order and paid.
