Net florist - NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered flowers for delivery scheduled 26/06/2020. I’m still waiting and today is 30/06/2020... You don’t answer your online chat line, nor the actual call centre nor any emails. I finally received a call yesterday morning stating the florist can’t deliver Yellow Gerberas and they will sub with white Roses, which I declined. Calle Vente Agent was going to call me “right back”. 24 hours later and again I’m still waiting. Still no flowers nor confirmation of when or what will be delivered. Never again.
