Net Florist Mother’s Day failure

Very very disappointed with the very well known Netflorist. The purchasing of the product was quick and easy which is why I even bothered to give 1 star. I ordered a tulip vase arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day , when it came it looked completely different. The vase in the picture clearly looks taller with the tulips further down the vase. Whereas the one I received the tulips were popping out the top of the vase . I was very disappointed as I would have not purchased it if I would have known it was going to look this way. Net Florist is usually such a great company with great products but this time they have really failed me. It would have been a different story if they were on the cheap side , but they are not. I paid R 489.9 for this arrangement.
