Net florist Late delivery

I ordered flowers on 11/2/2016 for delivery at work on Friday needless no delivery as offices closed so the surprise and purpose off the delivery all ruined and all they say is we delver till 17h00 how do you deliver when offices are closed at 16h00 on a Friday ? and no further response from net florist .... Poor service never to be used again.
