Net-florist is a-poling

So I placed an oder at 9am for same day delivery.i call several times to follow up and not one person could tell me why my Oder hadn’t left yet! It was my moms birthday and she never received anything on the day the following day they call me to say the florist didn’t have fresh flowers so from 9 am -7pm they never had fresh flowers ? So then it defeats the purpose of this gesture ! However I tell them give me a full refund then and revoke the Oder . They proceed and send the Oder ! Now they wanna come tell me they will offer new a partial refund of 50% they inconvenience and humiliate me ruin my moms birthday I’m highly unhappy
