Net florist is a big disappoint

So suprising your wife with a gift from Netflorist is impossible. I placed a order for delivery on special occasion and guess what the following day they still don't where the order is. Requesting to raise it with their management is another case because they not available. Guess the order will probably reach my wife next year with the following special occasion. Best they can do now is to quickly refund the money after ruining the special occasion and surprise. Thanks Net florist for the disappointment
