Net Florist have shocking non delivery service

My order was meant to be delivered yesterday for Valentine’s Day and it’s now a day later and I still haven’t received my order. I contacted them this morning and they said that they would prioritise for delivery today and I still have not received it. I have read several messages on various platforms about NerFlorist and their non delivery. This company is shocking and they are *****ing from paying customers. I tried calling their call centre and it just says their lines are busy, probably everyone phoning and complaining and asking about where their orders are. Do NOT order from this company!
