NET FLORIST GOES DOWNHILL

OMW!!! What a complete disaster!!! All I wanted to do was send something to a friend in hospital and it turned into an absolute exhausting exercise!!! Once I finally selected what I wanted, I had to complete all the details of the person to whom the gift should be delivered only to find out AFTER THE FACT that they couldn't deliver the next day. On and on it went ....... and today at 4:20pm I received a call from - I presume the driver - to ask if he should still deliver the parcel??? I said yes please - that's what I asked for!! Guess what ....... nothing was delivered today. Somebody from NetFlorist 'tried' to call me at about 6pm but every time I answered, the call dropped so if they dare call me tomorrow and say they tried to contact me, I will completely lose it!!! It's high time for some major competition in this industry. And please stop all the pathetic childish comments. Thats all I needed!
