I was sent an email with an ad today 13 Feb, saying that it is not too late to order any of the listed specials form Valentines day. Only after the order was placed and payment made, the delivery date showed 18 Feb. This is misleading and *****. I demanded a full refund via telephone twice and chat on the company website. Each time the operator had me on hold for a long time costing me more money.
