Net Florist doesn't deliver what you order so watch out!

This company has the most beautiful and user friendly website but when you place your order you receive the worst possible service. The order I placed and the flowers I received were completely different. The roses looked dead and they replaced my flowers with something else and didn't even inform me. When I received it you can imagine how upset I was. Don't buy from these people. Rather go to the shops and choose what you want instead of being embarrassed by them when you surprise someone with dead looking flowers that you didn't order.
