Net florist dishonest and *********

Order a gift to be delivered for a birthday, only for the gift to be delivered after 17:00 and only to be sent a photo of the parcel that was delivered, it was not what i ordered. the set didn't have the balloon i paid for. when i contacted net florist i was told, the supplier didn't have the balloon and they will refund me the money. this is dishonest, *********. if i didn't complain, i would of paid for something i didn't receive. Never use them, service is shocking. with it been lock down i used net florist to make the birthday special which was even more disappointing, i would of rather not sent a gift, than send an incomplete gift.
