Net Florist did not deliver service

I ordered a floral arrangement for my daughter for Valentine's Day two days before the day. She lives in Ballito in an estate. The order was accepted and I received a receipt. My daughter did not receive the flowers. Today Sunday I checked my emails and had received an apology that there was no delivery to that area. This was sent just before 4pm on Friday Valentine's Day. I could get a substitute or a refund. No phone call to tell me. I find this totally unacceptable. Now I must ask my daughter if she wants a belated substitute gift. Why accept the order and payment if they cannot deliver????
