Net florist and useless delivery services

On Friday the 11/01/2019 was my hubby birthday and I decided to send him some goodies from net florist. after payment was finalized which was a hassle..I called to inform them that they need to deliver before 5 pm as my husband was going to night shift!

I put through the request and processed payment on Thursday!

Iv called several times on Friday to confirm what time they would be delivering, apart from them leaving ,my delivery for the last delivery of the day..the best part was they delivered at ^6pm which was collected by myself as husband had already left to work.despite me making several calls to the netflorist call centre and promised that they would deliver before 5pm my request went unnoticed and I would never use their services or recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!!big dissapointment.
