Nerflorist - wrong package

i am utterly dissapointed with the service i recieved from Net florist. i placed an order for a gift to bew delivered today last week Wednesday 8 Aug. today i recieved the package but what was in the box was not what i ordered. imagine i have to gift someone this evening and my package was wrong. i now have to wait and present someone the following day.....what bull is that. i am really annoyed and dissapointed with how they handled my order. im sure this will dif be the last thing i order through them.
