Nerflorist Unreliable DO NOT USE THEM

I have used Netflorist several times in the past. I thus know the process around same day delivery as you can select the address prior to placing the order in order to see when the delivery can take place. The site also has a timer available with a countdown to hours left to place same day delivery. I placed my order well within the same day delivery time as there was a good few hours left. The site also indicates that delivery to a residential address is until 7pm and to a business address 5pm. I opted for residential delivery so that there would be no mishaps. Also - the reason for the order was specifically for an event for the day, and no other day. I then receive a call from nerflorist when the day is about to end that they cannot make the delivery! I could have just went to gift shop, bought I wanted at a much more cheaper price and delivered it myself to the residence ! But I have never had issues with netflorist before (except for stale nuts in their gift crates) and opted for their services instead. I will not use Netflorist again! I do not recommend them ! Rather save your time and money and use alternate service providers!
