NEFLORIST WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL MOMMENT ,BE CAREF

So i ordered my valentines items early through net florist ,a week before the delivery i contacted NF five times including email to make the changes, they confirmed that the changes will be made , the receipt on the system still showed one item going to the older address , i emailed them about this , they once again confirmed it is changed on their system ,on the Friday the 13 , one item went to the wrong address , which unknown people signed for and accepted , net florist took hours to answer their calls, my fiance valentines ruined ,my cell phone bill is through the roof , so i get a phone call from net florist with a half hear ted apology , A hamper of chocolates was offered , i accepted , since than no hamper of chocolates delivered , a measly R100 voucher was emailed , so i once again i must fork over more money to net florist cause there is nothing including delivery under a R100.00rands , i will be contacting all your business partners that you work and complain to them until they drop you , FNB, EUROPA CAR HIRE . PEOPLE HAVE OTHER OPTIONS NOW , SO WOOLIES N PICKNPAY WILL GET MY BUSINESS
