Neflorist poor service

I have over a number of years been placing my orders telephonically. This time I called twice and had my calls cut off after being asked about my profile. I ended up using online system on the 14th of April for delivery on the 15th. I received an email on the 15th at 14h11 indicating that my order was out for delivery. on the 17th at 10h11 I received an email that my order had been delivered and signed for at 10h06.

I did not believe this but later confirmed that my order was only delivered on the 17th after having been dispatched on the 15th.

I am very disappointed with this kind of service when on the system it appeared that it could be delivered same day in Cape town Waterfront. Neflorist service is appalling. Thanks
