Neflorist misleading advertising - you do not receive what you paid for

Neflorist sucks!! I ordered peach roses with fererro chocolates for my daughter's birthday. They delivered WHITE roses only - and when questioned about the chocolates they tried to make me think I was crazy and that I had infact not ordered the roses with the chocolates but roses only. Really Netforist is the surprise part to "Peach Rose And Ferrero Surprise" that the roses are not peach and that there are are no chocolates??? Get your act together! This is not how we promote Proudly South African
