Extremely disappointed ☹️ Awful service - late delivery - by SEVERAL days and well after the birthday event, despite having ordered well in advance. Outraged that continued follow-up was needed only to receive the incorrect order as only 1 instead of the boxes arrived. It's also worth mentioning that the seal on that one box was broken. For a company this old and established their performance leaves alot to be desired!!! You out to investigated by the Consumer Council - de*****ing individual clients who you think will not be able to do much when you move from pillar to post. Shame on you.. @Jonathan CEO and management please fix this!!!
