My Valentines surprise was ruined!

Not particularly impressed with the service I received from Netflorist. They did not delivery the valentines parcel to my boyfriend on the day I chose. They omitted the message I requested to be written in the card and they spoilt the surprise for my boyfriend.

Very dissappointed
