my same day delivery took 4 days!!!!!

I booked a delivery on Friday 13/03/2015 for same day delivery, I even had to change my order so that it could be delivered the same day, I call on Monday to find out why it hasn't been delivered they gave me a million stories that made no sense and then I asked to put me through to a manager they made me wait 20min on the phone eventually I dropped call and call again, the next call centre agent promised she would get back to me as to what time they would deliver, she never did, I called in the afternoon and they said they can only deliver on Tuesday, the call centre staff are *********** and have no idea what's going on... where are the managers or supervisors.. I paid for same day delivery but it only goes out today, terrible service, it was important that the package got to Durban last Friday, <br>
