My refund was not paid

I have made an order that i believed was on promotion for Fathersday. I contacted Netflorist to verify the promotion and i was told that the items i bought were not on promotion. I cancelled my order and requested for refund. Only half the amount was refunded. I followed up to get my full refund and to this day, i have never received my money back. Bad service and i will never buy anything from them ever again!!!
