My first and definitely last time I use your delivery service

My first and last time I used your delivery service. I ordered an item to be delivered yesterday. I did not expect it to be delivered @ almost 9pm. When following up on your Chat feature, I was told the times you deliver like I'm some idiot who can't read the T&Cs. And get told I must just wait till 7pm, it will be there before then. Well well .. that was lies.

It was delivered today today (13 Jul 2020) at 20:38, signed by and signed for by Kaveek.

What is the point of having something delivered @ the end of the day when a special occassion is pretty much over and people are getting ready to go to bed.
