My delivery was thrown into the yard

Netflorist delivery guy got to the gate and through my deliver over the gate. He did not call or anything. I saw the car parking and was putting on my jacket to go out. Next thing I see the delivery fly over the gate. I asked him why he did that he said that the person who send the package said that he must do so. I called the person and they said they never said that and told them that I was at home.

I see they respond to complaints here.... This is merely a beware your deliveries will be thrown over your gates.

To top it of I asked the delivery guy who signed for the package and he said he already did.

I have never seen such.
