Mothersday Surprize spoilt

Ordered flowers on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday at mw wifes work as an early mothers day surprise. 3 oclock still no delivery (Its Friday, most companies close earlier). I phoned netflorist to confirm delivery before 3. Netflorist goes and phones my wife and asks her to wait for delivery at work. Wheres the surprise in that? After that, the agent netflorist uses in the area also phones my wife just to say that they do not have stock of the flowers I ordered, can they replace it with something else? Surprise...gone...<br> <br> The reason I used netflorist in the first place is because I cannot find time to go out and buy a special gift without her being suspicious. Thank you for spoiling it!!!! It is her first Mothers day!!!!!
