Mother's day tulip disaster

Super bad customer service not only did they have so many errors and took money even after order failed (this took a week to get it sorted out and reinstated) they delivered flowers that did not look anything like the picture... 599.95 of flowers and looks cheap... the vase is a lot shorter and the tulips had a lot of bad spots on them. Very unhappy and I emailed and been waiting on chat for almost an hour for assistance. I will not recommend them or use them again - judging by the amount of bad reviews today for Mother's day seems quantity was prefered over quality.
