Mothers Day GIMMICK!! Terrible Ploy!!

Placed an order for flowers to be delivered for mothers day. with the special of a free box of lindt chocolates. <br> On delivery of the flowers, there was no lindt anywhere!!<br> not even any word from netflorist to inform me of an issue.<br> on phoning netflorist to query this, i was informed that they ran out of stock. <br> really? and not even notifying the customer that they have ran out, not even an apology??<br> but only on the query, a R100 voucher was offered, and that has to be used within 15 days. <br> i am pretty sure that this free box of lindt chocolates was a gimmick to attract customers. <br> very terrible service by netflorist to lore in customers and under stock the free gifts!!
