Mothers day Flowers not delivered

I placed an order for flowers for Mothers day on Wednesday 6th May.<br> <br> I received an email that the Flowers and Choclates were delivered on 9th May<br> <br> This was untrue to this day my Mother has received nothing (13th May). Pennington ( Scottbourgh)<br> <br> I have made numerous calls to the Call Centre but this is a joke I was made to hold on for more than an hour at a time.
