Mother waited until 6pm

We use Netflorist every now and then and their work and product and delivery have been excellent. But forget Mother's Day as it was the worst service and They had no idea when our order would be delivered. We phoned through to Netflorist to find out what time our flowers as we requested it to be delivered before 11am (as we know our parents had something on in the afternoon) and we're put through to a lady who said that they had our order and it would be delivered soon. It only arrived at 18:10 and when we spoke to the young lady who delivered she said we were about if not the last order of the day. This experience turned what should have been a great day into a super **** day with our parents having to cancel their plans to wait for delivery. We placed the order days before so it was not even a thing of being a last minute thing and now we have parents not impressed with us for wasting their day. Useless!
