Mother's day mishap

Well we all know mother's day is a special day and I ordered something online for my mother. After I placed the order I realised that mother's day is on the 15th of May in SA and I live in Sweden and mother's day here is on the 31st of May. Yesterday I received an email stating that they no longer have mother's day specials and would offer an alternative. I pleaded my case to a lady called Lerato and this morning I received an email from her where she mananged to organise the original mother's day special for me and it is on it's way for delivery as we speak. I am so absolutely happy that Lerato went the extra mile. She has great customer service and would definitely ask her for assitance again. She most definitely has a happy customer. Thank you Lerato, you are a superstar!
