Mother's Day Disaster

<p>I ordered my mother flowers and other goodies well in advance for Mothers Day, on the 5th May, they then went and delivered to her on the 8th of May, 6 days before Mother's Day! I called them and they said they'd call me back but didn't, I then called the following day and they said again they would call me back but I'm yet to receive 1call from them! Also, I ordered a balloon shaped in the words Mom, but they send her a valentines balloon shaped in a heart, also, the couldn't supply the bubblebath I ordered and had to replace it with Oh So Heavenly. Complete disaster! So my mom received her gift 6 days early and the order was wrong! When I called them the 2de time the lady said they will deliver a hamper to my mom on the 12th of May, still not willing to deliver on Mother's Day! So what is the point of ordering for Mother's Day if they can't deliver on the day and they can't even supply the actual items that they are advertising! I want my mom whom lives far away from me to receive flower and goodies on Mother's Day, not before and not after but ON THE DAY! NetFlorist shouldn't be advertising Mother's Day if they can't assist!</p>
