Most irritating IVR or voice recorded messages eva

Firstly i ordered some flowers and chocs for my anniversary to be delivered to my wife at her work. Netflorist indicated that you can track orders online but it seems like for over an hour my parcel is still been prepared. My question is how long does it take to prepare a parcel that was ordered way in advance? 2nd to that - how often is the status updated on the tracking? Furthermore i decided to call netflorist to find out what time they will be delivering my parcel and the most irritating voice recorded messages have come on. I could not stand to wait anymore for an agent otherwise i think i would have broken my phone. Please do something about that IVR messages..it is terrible. I also hope my parcel is not delivered at the end of the day cause then i am going to be really upset!!
