MOST EXPENSIVE, SMALLEST BUNCH OF FLOWERS DELIVERED

The thank you flowers i ordered for someone was tiny for the exorbitant price we paid for them, not just that but the delivery for these specific flowers did not go smoothly either, it was supposed to be delivered before close of our business at 16:30, i did advise netflorist of this i receive a call 20 mins after this time asking if we have closed and if there is anyone that can receive the package i advised them no, everyone has left for the day and ask if the can deliver to my house ( which is only 15mins away) and they advised theyve already made their deliveries in that area already, she then advises me she will call me back , an hour late i get a phone call where am i , i then advised at my residence and she asked where is that, she just says i must open for her in 15 mins , she gets there and delivers the most expensive, smallest bouquet of flowers, I'm very disappointed and have never had such a terrible experience with net florist before and its terrible how they now made this last experience so terrible that i actually don't want buy from them again
