Most annoyed, disappointed, angry and unhappy customer. Im disgusted to be exact

We ordered a 2 set personalized wine glass, i got one glass. The instruction wasnt followed. Instead of a proper call and explaination they sent us a voucher for R79. 95.my friend paid R289 for one glass, a card and possibly the packaging. The advert states clearly what we want. This is the worst ****ty service ever received. I want them to refund my friend and fetch this glass and keep it together with that voucher.
