More than disappointed

Worst experience ever! Cancelled an order and requested credit and it took a whole day for the credit to be assigned, which in my mind should be something that is quick. Placed another order and app**** the credit, during transaction process something went wrong with the site so the order was not placed but the credit was used. Placed another order for something I had to get delivered the next day. Then they informed me it won't be able to be delivered the next day, so I had to cancel that order. This time I requested to be refunded and was told a refund would take 5 business days (terrible). As I had to get a gift deliverd the next day I reached out to them to assist me to find anything that would be able to get delivered that day as it was important. I found something and placed another order. It never got delivered and it ruined the occasion. I'll never use them again.
